For IEG partner institutes, UR issues COL (Conditional Offer Letter) on behalf, to eliminate any payment and transfer related issues, enforcing the terms to pay tuition fees on time and no transfer to other institute after visa. The COL may also include clauses which will help institutes to retain students for long run, and to prevent from sudden business losses.
